About the Instructor:
Zarah Brock is a certified sound practitioner, classically trained musician, and vocalist. She holds a BM in Vocal Performance and a MM in Opera Performance, along with a certification from the Sound Healing Academy. Currently completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Zarah is passionate about the healing power of sound and somatics to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

Step into our secret garden in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg for a creative and eco-friendly art experience!
Join local artist Kylie Jackson as she guides you in painting your own Native Trees of Virginia poster using a unique, sustainable medium—matcha tea as watercolor. Learn how to paint delicate leaves from Virginia’s native trees, either focusing on your favorites or exploring the many varieties within a species.
What’s included:
- All painting materials
- Reference guides and diagrams of Virginia’s native tree species
- 11x14 front-loading frame so your masterpiece is ready to hang as soon as you get home

Join us in our secret garden for a relaxing and creative evening of macramé!
Local artist Kylie Jackson will guide you through a variety of macramé knots as you craft your own custom plant hanger.
Have a pot at home you've been meaning to hang? Bring it along and we'll help you size your hanger to fit just right. Don’t have a pot? No problem—Kylie will show you how to make a versatile design that works with different sizes.

Meet Our Speakers:
Jim Keesling – Retired FBI agent, former physical training instructor at the FBI Academy, accomplished runner, and a passionate hiker and climber. Jim brings a wealth of experience in resilience and endurance from both his professional and outdoor adventures.
Suzanna Hasnay – Also a retired FBI agent, Suzanna now dedicates her time to guiding others in mindfulness, yoga, and performance well-being - from elite law enforcement teams to longtime students at her cherished Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Fredericksburg. Her approach blends strength and serenity, purpose and presence.

Join us for a "soleful" summer evening on the Rappahannock!
We are teaming up with TEVA to bring you a riverside experience filled with footwear, fun, and floating.
