Policies to Know:

All events must comply with Fredericksburg’s Noise Ordinance.

Renter is responsible for all setup, breakdown, and trash removal.

The venue is rented as-is — no furniture or décor is provided.

Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a licensed bartender.

Restroom and changing room access is shared with shop operations unless extended.
