This all levels class is set outdoors—the sun rising overhead and water rolling against the pier. Start your day in a tranquil space where you will work to gain flexibility and strength through a variety of yoga postures and sequences. This class incorporates the fundamentals of sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, and backbends. Practice breathing exercises as you begin to link movement through the postures with the inhale and exhale.
