An entire hour yoga class dedicated to you! A private session is for individuals who are seeking to improve their personal practice, or for those who are unfamiliar with a traditional yoga class and would like to learn proper body alignment and develop a stronger yoga foundation. The classes are tailored to the student’s experience level and needs.


Reasons to schedule a private yoga session:

  • You’re a new student who wants to develop the confidence to begin a regular yoga practice and learn to link breath with movement.
  • You’re recovering from an injury. People take private classes to aid in re-entry after injury and to prevent re-injury, or to aid in healing.
  • You’re an experienced student and want to achieve a specific pose or sequence.

Kate’s Yoga class is wonderful. She modifies moves to accommodate my physical limitations and help me maximize strengthening and flexibility. Her calm spirit is contagious. I had tried Yoga once decades ago, and it was a disaster. I’m glad I trusted River Rock to provide such a knowledgeable and capable instructor.
